IC Series Beside-the-Press Granulators

Compact, easily movable, low-speed granulators for beside-the-press granulation, engineered for hand feed, robot feed, and conveyor feed. IC Series Granulators are ideal for reject components from the injection, blow molding and extrusion processes.

716C provides 160mm X 400mm Cutting chambers, bolted and doweled Cutting chamber assembly with outboard, sealed-for life bearings. 1218C provides 300mmX450mm cutting chamber and 1620C provides 400mmX500mm cutting chamber. Bolted and doweled construction ensures durability. Double-sealed bearings are lubricated for life. Rotating end discs are standard throughout the Premier line for minimized friction and heat buildup.
